Newsflash:
Hi guys, het ligt een beetje stil met Christmas around the corner, maar ik heb gelukkig nog een paar leuke nieuwsbits gevonden.
Ik weet niet zeker of ik dit weekend terug ben met een nieuwe update, ik wil de trouwe movieXplosion.com lezers in ieder geval een fijn
kerstweekend wensen! Geniet ervan en duik lekker de bioscoop in!

The trailer van Date Movie is ook verschenen. De cast van de film bestaat uit Alyson Hannigan en Eddie Griffin, klik hier voor de trailer.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest website is vernieuwd met nieuwe goodies waaronder een flash intro, trailer en gallery. Enter here!
De Conan film zit toch nog in de pipeline volgens Warner Brothers' production president Jeff Robinov; "The studio is committed to producing the film within the next year. I love the character, you have to get to the core of who the Conan character was." Het is niet bekend of regisseur John Milius betrokken is bij dit project. Source: HNR

Jamie Foxx talks Miami Vice!:
Jamie Foxx sprak kort over de zware productie van Miami Vice. Michael Mann, bedenker van de populaire TV serie, regisseert ook de bioscoopfilm, Colin Farrell speelt Sony Crockett en Foxx is Tubbs.
"It's been a tough shoot," vertelde Foxx, "It's been a very tough shoot, and we've been there for 10 months, we finished it finally. It was at night, we shot a lot of nights, a lot of hurricanes. We had to buckle down a couple of times and had to evacuate.
I know Colin has gone into rehab now because he had back injuries and things like that so we have our thoughts for him, hoping he gets on his feet and recovers and comes on back, because he's a great guy... hopefully the movie will come out and it will be fantastic."
Wow, beterschap, Colin! Ben zeer benieuwd naar deze film!

Reggy's The Chronicles of Narnia Review!!!:
Man, I love this movie! Shrek director Andrew Adamson maakt met The Chronicles of Narnia; The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe zijn eerste live-action film.
De cast van de fantasy film bestaat uit Tilda Swinton en Liam Neeson als de stem van Aslan the Lion. Klik op de poster om mijn recensie te lezen!

U.S. Box Office Dec 16-18:
Oh yeah, Kong is King van de worldwide Box Office. De film haalde 50 miljoen binnen in Amerika en meer dan 80 miljoen internationaal! The Chronicles of Narnia viel weliswaar terug naar een tweede positie maar doet het nog steeds prima met 31 miljoen dollars.

The Farrelly Bros talks Stooges:
The Farrelly Brothers (Something About Mary) gaf een update van hun vertraagde Three Stooges film. Peter Farrelly vertelde het volgende:
"The Stooges is something we've wanted to do for years and years. It's a very tricky movie to get made. I'm not sure why, but usually our best movies are, so I'm happy about that. If they make it right away, usually something's wrong, it's too easy. This movie took five years to get made, Dumb and Dumber took five years to get made, Mary was not easy to get made. And this one, The Stooges has just been a nightmare, because it's, there's nothing like The Stooges now. It's a lot of hitting. And studios are confused. It's like, 'How does this work and who sees it and who's it for and when does it take place and how do you maintain it?"
De productie gaat waarschijnlijk voorjaar 2006 beginnen. Wie gaan de hoofdrollen vertolken? Well, Benicio Del Toro en Jeff Daniels maken grote kans om Moe en Larry te spelen. De acteur voor de rol van Curly is nog niet bekend.
