Een flinke stapel nieuwe trailers zijn verschenen, helaas heb ik ze nog niet kunnen zien omdat ik nog steeds problemen heb met de
nieuwe Quicktime versie. Hopelijk hebben jullie meer geluk, klik op de filmtitel om naar de downloadpagina te gaan. Ik ben

Oh my, binnenkort een bioscoopfilm van de politieserie CHiPs! Wilmer Valderrama (That '70s Show) speelt de rol van Ponch dat toen door Erik Estrada werd vertolkt. Source: Variety

Richard Taylor talks Neon Genesis: Evangelion:
Richard Taylor, Lord of the Rings' visual-effects supervisor (en de man met die vervelende stem) sprak over zijn droomproject, een live-action big-screen version van de Japanese manga serie Neon Genesis: Evangelion:
"Now actually achieving it as a live-action feature film is extremely difficult to imagine. Technologically, sure, it's doable. But at an esoteric, universe level, it is an unbelievably impacting and dramatic story concept. It's got pseudo-religious overtones, and all these wonderful motifs are woven into it. It's something that you can generate over 26 hours of animation, but trying to encapsulate that down into a feature film would be a massive challenge. But we've got the endorsement of GAINAX, the original creators, and with the right director I think it could be a very beautiful movie. I think it's a story worthy of telling. And that's my big pursuit at the moment. I've put an awful lot of energy into it."

Rocky Balboa set photos!!!:
Meer coole foto's vandaag, de eerste set pics van Rocky Balboa zijn op diverse websites geplaatst.
Het zesde deel van de boksfilms vertelt het verhaal van Rocky's comeback waarbij hij het opneemt tegen de huidige heavyweight champ.
Stallone heeft flink getraind en draagt zijn good ol' yellow and black trunks, ook geweldig dat Burt Young weer terug is voor de rol van Paulie. Klik op de pics voor meer!

Harry Potter staat zoals verwacht nog steeds op de eerste plaats maar waarschijnlijk niet voor lang want deze
week gaat in Amerika The Chronicles of Narnia in première! Deze fantastische film draait eind

Poseidon online!:
The official website van Poseidon is nu online! Wolfgang Petersen regisseert de remake van de originele rampenfilm uit 1972, The Poseidon Adventure.
Josh Lucas, Kurt Russell, Richard Dreyfuss en Emmy Rossum spelen in de nieuwe versie. De website heeft een mooie pagina met concept art en storyboards, klik voor meer!

Jim Carrey talks Tim Burton!:
Vorige week werd bekend gemaakt dat Jim Carrey de hoofdrol gaat spelen in een Ripley's Believe it or Not! film dat geregisseerd gaat worden door Tim Burton. Vandaag vertelt Carrey iets meer over dit project, check this out:
"Deals are going to be made and all those things that I have no control over, so I can't say for sure, but I think we are. I'm in love with Tim. I think he's amazing. And Ripley was a very interesting character. There's not a heck of a lot of information on him, but his whole concept, his whole life was devoted to 'Believe It or Not.' So there's license to kill. I mean, we can just have as much fun as we want. Some of it will be true and some of it won't, but I think that's a fantastic place to be."
Carrey in een Burton film... that's pretty cool!

Del Toro directs Halo?:
IESB.net plaatst het bijzondere nieuws dat Guillermo Del Toro (Blade 2, Hellboy) de regisseur wordt van Halo!
De Mexicaanse regisseur is aan het onderhandelen met producer Peter Jackson om de populaire videogame te verfilmen. Mocht Del Toro de job aannemen... dan wordt wel Hellboy 2 uitgesteld. I'll keep you posted.

Singer gives Superman Returns update:
Geen groot nieuws maar wel een interessante update van Superman Returns. Regisseur Bryan Singer sprak met IF Magazine over de status van de film:
"We're here in Los Angeles. Everything is done and we're back. I took a brief hiatus, and cut together a version of the movie. Then I went back and filled in the dots, and I'm now back... I am very pleased with the cut. I've got a nice cut of the picture. It'll be a very funny romantic type of picture, more so than I have ever made before."
Zou mooi zijn als ik de 'cut' in handen kan krijgen...
