Flightplan Clip!!!:
The good folks at Buena Vista International offered movieXplosion.com the first 7 minutes of the Jodie Foster thriller Flightplan!

Flying at 40,000 feet in a cavernous, state-of-the-art 747 aircraft, Kyle Pratt (Foster) faces every mother’s worst nightmare when her six year-old daughter, Julia, vanishes without a trace mid-flight from Berlin to New York. Already emotionally devastated by the unexpected death of her husband, Kyle desperately struggles to prove her sanity to the disbelieving flight crew and passengers while facing the very real possibility that she may be losing her mind. All evidence indicates that her daughter was never on board resulting in paranoia and doubt among the passengers and crew of the plane. Finding herself desperately alone, Kyle can only rely on her own wits to solve the mystery and save her daughter.

Click on the link to download the clip. Flightplan opens nation wide (in Holland that is) November 10th.

Nicolas Cage talks 9/11 Project:
Nicolas Cage will soon start working on Oliver Stone's 9/11 film. The story centers on the events that happened to Port Authority Sergeant John McLoughlin.
"Well, I'm just now finishing The Wicker Man, I'm almost done with that," Cage said, "I'm going to come back here and then I'm going to go to New York. I've met with John McLoughlin. I've spent some time with him and talked through some things. I spent some down at the Port Authority and met all the other surviving members of the tragedy that were there. I'll sort of also talk through it with Oliver. I get the feeling from Oliver that the work they've done on the screenplay that that they want to make it pretty cinema-veritae so it'll feel like real time, unfolding. There's maybe a lot of technical jargon that you won't understand, but it's going to smack of reality, and they're going to try and make it as real as they can. I'm happy to say that Oliver and I have been trying to work together for many years. It hasn't happened, but I'm happy to say that with this one, because it's so positive about the human condition - the buildings themselves really, it's not about them. It's really more about this sample of men when the buildings came down where they went to survive and how they coped."

The lonely and retired boxer comes out of retirement, intending to fight a few low-profile local fights just to keep his hand in but then he's approached to fight a match with the reigning heavyweight champ Mason "The Line" Dixon. Awesome, can't wait to see this.

The Warriors remake:
Cool, Tony Scott will direct a remake of Walter Hill's streetgang-classic The Warriors. "I see it as Kingdom Of Heaven meets The Warriors because with these gangs, instead of having twenty or thirty guys, I'm going to have three thousand, five thousand guys in the LA river beds and it's going to look like LA during the riots. I love the original movie, that's why I'm in doing this but I'm not going to copy the original."
But we need to wait for this one, cause Tony is pretty busy and plans to work on this next year.

Nolan talks Batman sequel:
Christopher Nolan didn't confirm he will direct the new Batman film but he did talk about it, check this out:
"Actually, I have been talking to the studio and to David Goyer about directions for a sequel because we're certainly very excited still about the world we were able to dive into and the characters we were able to put on screen. It's a pretty interesting bunch of people and an interesting place, so we're definitely talking about places we would take it.
With franchise properties, with the idea of sequels, as I see it, the only reason to do a sequel is to do something better than the film you've made before. That's the reason you have to be doing it, with that kind of intention. That's the only way in which I would enter into the process."

The Rock talks Doom!:
Oh yeah, The Rock talks Doom again! Here's what the former wrestler had to say about making the videogame-film a R-Rated one:
"I was wanting to do a rated-R movie that was unapologetic, and that's what you find with Doom, unlike the other video-game adaptations. We're not trying to be PG-13, and we're not making any apologies for what we are, which was what the original Doom did.
What really sealed the deal for me was when I finally talked to Andre Bartkowiak, the director. I said, 'We have this liberty that we can scare people.' I said, 'What're your feelings on that?' You know, I wanted to scare the s--t out of people. And he said, 'Well, we're not going to scare the s--t out of people.' There's this long pause. I'm thinking, 'Oh God. I just signed a contract.' I said, 'What do you mean?' He said, 'We're going to f--king terrify them.' I was like, 'Oh great.' To hear that passion, that was great too."
