Newsflash:
A quick newsflash today, I'll be back with a new update this weekend!:
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest joins Titanic and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King as one of the few movies ever to top $1 billion in worldwide grosses! Man, that's pretty amazing.
Kenneth Branagh will direct the remake of Sleuth. Michael Caine who starred in the original version will also star alongside Jude Law in the remake. The movie revolves around a brilliant thriller writer who loses his wife to a young hairdresser. The writer comes up with a complex revenge plan.

Baby Cruise!:
It's a very slow news week, guys, and I had to post something... so, here we go, the moment we've all been waiting for, the first official shot of The Cruise-Holmes Production; Suri Cruise! The pics appear in the upcoming October issue of Vanity Fair. "She has Kate's lips and eyes," Tom says of the baby. "I think she looks like Kate." Holmes counters, "I think she has Tom's eyes. I think she looks like Tom."
Click on the pic for more about the article. Let's hope I've got more important movie news tomorrow.

The kid looks adorable though

Crocodile Hunter passes away:
Sad news today, Steve "The Crocodile Hunter" Irwin died in a diving accident while filming a documentary in far north Queensland. He was stung in his chest by a stingray. I really loved his TV shows and admired his passion for animals. My heart goes out to his family, friends and fans. Steve Irwin was 44 years old.

Newsflash:
Chow Yun-Fat, Ken Watanabe, Tony Leung and Lin Chi-Ling will star in John Woo's epic The Battle of Red Cliff. The film is set in 208, the year of the Han Dynasty. 1 million soldiers took part in the original battle of Red Cliff. Filming is scheduled to start in March. Woo is one of my favorite directors and I'm thrilled that he's making a Chinese film again. Source: Variety
