Superman update:
An AICN scooper infiltrated WB's office to find some information about the Superman movie! Seems that McG (Charlie's Angels) is still directing the J.J. Abrams penned script. Possible castmembers include Jake Gyllenhaal as Supes. Keira Knightley, Natalie Portman or Scarlett Johansson as Lois Lane. Dennis Quaid could be Jonathan Kent and Jim Carrey, Jonny Depp, Will Ferrell or Robert Downey Jr. could be up for the role of Lex Luthor.
The site posted the following plot line and some other stuff:

"The movie will still be about Superman fighting his cousin Tyzor and the battle on Krypton. There is a model of the Kent farm which looks like any other farm in Kansas. There is a model of the launch chamber where Jor-el will send Kal-el to earth. It didn't have any color to it yet so the entire model was white. The ship looks a little like the one in the Smallville show. except it has the "S" emblem on it. There was a model of the fight scene between Superman and a kryptonian tank in the middle of Metropolis. The tank looks like a giant version of ED 209 from Robocop mixed with one of the rolling robots from the new Star Wars movies."
That sounds great but I don't know if McG is the right man for the job. Click here to read the rest of the article.

Terminator 4 and Rambo 4?:
Dark Horizons received an update on Terminator 4 and Rambo 4. Here's what producers Mario Kassar and Andrew Vajna had to say:
"We are gearing up for some very huge projects! We are focusing all of our energies on Terminator 4! We have an amazing idea that will make sci-fi movie goers cheer. It stays true to the Terminator universe," says Vajna. "Arnold will be back for this one, but for how long he will be in the film is the question right now."
We also want to make another Rambo movie with our good buddy Sly Stallone. Things are being sorted out as we speak and we will get to produce another Rambo film. Stallone is waiting to see the script and then do his own polish from there as he did with the previous Rambo movies. People will be in for a big surprise with this new Rambo film, but don't worry," says Kassar, "Rambo still uses a machine gun and blows lots of things up."
I dunno if the Governator will find the time to star in T4.

Lauren Shuler Donner talks X3:
X-men producer Lauren Shuler Donner told SciFi Wire that they will begin filming X-men 3 in 2005!: "I just had a conversation with [director] Bryan [Singer] today. We just started to talk about what the possibilities are. We're pretty sure Wolverine's going to come back. I'm dying to put Beast in, I tried to get Beast in the first one and the second one, but it was always too expensive. So, yeah, I'm really dying to get Beast in, and I'd love to get Gambit in, because he's such a cool guy. And there's some really good casting ideas for Gambit."

James Cameron talks Sci-fi project:
SciFi Wire got the chance to talk to James Cameron about his Sci Fi movie. Here's a clip:
Director James Cameron told SCI FI Wire that he will begin shooting his ambitious, as-yet-untitled SF movie as soon as this November with the 3-D high-definition video cameras he developed for his Titanic documentary Ghosts of the Abyss. "I'm writing it," Cameron said in an interview at the Saturn Awards ceremony in Los Angeles. "It's very futuristic; [it] takes place in a distant future, and [there's] lots of wild action and amazing characters and, hopefully, a very emotional journey as well. We're setting that up for release ... about this time of the year in 2006, Memorial Day or somewhere around that."
