Hi guys, heb weer mooie headlines vandaag, volgende update zal in het weekend plaatsvinden;
 Jack Nicholson speelt naast Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon en Mark Wahlberg in Martin Scorsese's The Departed. De film is een remake van de Hong Kong cop thriller Infernal Affairs. DiCaprio speelt een undercover agent, Damon een criminele mol binnen de politie en Nicholson speelt een Ierse gang boss. Source: Variety

Pirates of the Caribbean story details:
Disney Chairman Dick Cook onthulde meer over het verhaal van de Pirates of the Caribbean sequels:
"This time around, Johnny returns as Captain Jack Sparrow and is caught in yet another tangled web of supernatural intrigue. It turns out, Captain Jack owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, ruler of the ocean depths and captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman. If Jack can't figure a crafty way out of this one, he'll be cursed to an afterlife of eternal servitude and damnation. And as if that weren't enough, Captain Jack's problems throw a huge wrench into the wedding plans of the blissful Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann, who quickly find themselves thrust into Jack's misadventures."
Dick vertelde ook dat deel 2 de titel Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest krijgt en volgend jaar zomer zal worden uitgebracht, deel 3 volgt in 2007.
Producer Jerry Bruckheimer, regisseur Gore Verbinski en de sterren Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom en Keira Knightley zijn allemaal terug. Nieuwe castmembers bestaan uit Chow Yun-Fat en Stellan Skarsgård.

Barry Sonnenfeld (Get Shorty) gaat de on-the-road-comedy RV regisseren, Robin Williams zal de hoofdrol vertolken. Masters of comedy, Lowell Ganz and Babaloo, hebben het script geschreven. Source: Production Weekly
Terminator 3 ster Nick Stahl liet weten dat hij en Claire Danes niet zijn gevraagd voor Terminator 4! "None of the cast is coming back," vertelde Nick, "The [T4] story is changing conceptually. I believe it's a jump to the future, so my character will be quite a bit older. That's all that I know. So I'm not coming back, which is a drag. I don't know much more than that." Sam Raimi talks Spider-Man 3!:
Regisseur Sam Raimi heeft bevestigd dat de villain van Spider-Man 3 bekend is...
maar hij mag het van de studio nog niet aan het publiek vertellen. Sam Raimi sprak wel over
het schrijven van het script en hoe de nieuwe vijand van Spidey werd geselecteerd:
"Alvin Sargent is writing the screenplay right now. I'm not supposed to [talk about the villain].
What I did was, when I worked on the story with my brother Ivan, I determined what journey I felt was most important for Peter Parker to take. He's a young man so this is a coming of age story and he's on a journey to becoming a more responsible adult - in each of the movies. So once [we] determined Peter Parker's journey, we tried to determine a villain that best presented some aspect of that fault so that he could literally stand in the way of the growth of Peter Parker.
We wanted to have a villain not only who would fulfill the character needs but somebody who could entertain the audience on a visceral level and provide great visuals, something we haven't seen before, and create a real challenge and great foe for Spider-Man and his unique spidery, spider-like powers."

Rachel Weisz talks The Fountain:
Rachel Weisz (Constantine) sprak met Scifi Wire over
haar nieuwe film, The Fountain, dat omschreven wordt als een 'epic sci-fi love story'!
Weisz vertelde het volgende over het verhaal en regisseur Darren Aronofsky:
"I'm blown away by his directing. I've never come across anything like it. I mean, you probably know from his movies that he gets very, very raw, very emotional performances from his actors, and when he does that it's incredible.
This is a very different sci-fi from anything anyone will have seen before. It's a great, big love story, a huge love story that goes through time, and it has a science-fiction kind of thing to it. It's very original. That's why it's sort of difficult to explain. But it's unlike anything anybody's ever seen before, thank God. It's about the search for the fountain of youth, hence the title."

Eva Longoria (Desperate Houswives) speelt naast Kiefer Sutherland, Michael Douglas en Kim Basinger in The Sentinel. Clark Johnson (S.W.A.T.) regisseert de thriller over een Special Agents poging om het leven van de President te redden. Source: Production Weekly

Revolver pics!!!:
Guy Ritchie is terug met een nieuwe crime-thriller, Revolver, en de eerste foto's zijn nu online!
De film vertelt het verhaal van een hotshot gokker (Jason Statham) die geen enkele casino in de stad mag betreden. Hij wordt gelukkig wel uitgenodigd voor een privé gokspelletje met de lokale crime boss Dorothy Macha (Ray Liotta),
een man die zo gevaarlijk is dat niemand hem durft te verslaan.
Guy Ritchie is ook verantwoordelijk voor de geweldige Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels en Snatch.
Revolver is Ritchies eerste samenwerking met Luc Besson, die de film produceert. Klik op de pic voor meer!

The Rock talks future projects!:
The Rock sprak met Latino Review en vertelde meer over zijn toekomstige projecten.
Hij onthulde het volgende over de actiefilm Spy Hunter dat geregisseerd wordt door John Woo:
"With a movie like Spy Hunter, everybody's so excited about it, because conceptually it's great. With the car it's fantastic. It's just a matter of trying to find the right tone. We've looked at script after script. In a way, I give credit to the studio, where they're like, 'It's good, but let's be great.' I love that, and I love that attitude. They're continuing to write it. It's just a matter of finding the right tone. Of trying to mix a futuristic-James Bond-eque, if you will, with the levity from True Lies."
Klinkt geweldig! The Rock speelt ook tegenover John Travolta in het vervolg op Get Shorty, Be Cool. The Rock heeft in de film een andere rol dan we van
hem gewend zijn, namelijk een 'gay, singing, sensitive bodyguard'. "He's this gay Samoan bodyguard who's in the music business," vertelde The Rock, "who wants to get out of the music business; he wants to be in Hollywood; he wants to make movies. His choice of music is interesting, because he loves to sing and play guitar, but he loves to sing old-school country western songs, sung by women. So in the movie, one of my favorite songs is, 'You ain't woman enough to take my man.' You root for Elliot throughout the movie."
En er is meer, The Rock is ook van plan om de hoofdrol te spelen in de Johnny Bravo film!
