Jonathan Winters, George Lopez, Katy Perry and Alan Cumming will voice the characters in the live-action/animated flick The Smurfs. Neil Patrick Harris will play the live-action character. Source: Variety
The trailer for Zack Snyder's animated feature Legend of the Guardians hit the web. The voice cast include Emily Barclay, Helen Mirren, Sam Neill, Richard Roxburgh, Geoffrey Rush, Jim Sturgess and Hugo Weaving. Talking owls doesn't work for me, but the trailer looks great though. Click here for the trailer and a bit of 30 Seconds to Mars!
Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning and Michael Shannon star in the Joan Jett and Cherie Currie biopic The Runaways. It looks very interesting, click on the pic for the trailer.

Ben Stiller talks Zoolander!:
Ben Stiller is working with Tropic Thunder writer Justin Theroux on a Zoolander sequel! Jonah Hill is in talks to play the villain. Ben Stiller talked to MTV about the sequel, check this out;
"We are in the process of getting a script written. It's in the early stages, but it's gonna happen. We have a new story idea that we feel excited about and we're going to try to go forward. The beginning of the movie is set... 10 years later, and Derek & Hansel are literally forgotten. Nobody even knows who they are, so they have to re-invent themselves."

Superman update!:
First I decided not to post the latest Superman news, 'cause it wasn't confirmed by official sources, but now, the details are getting more interesting. It seems that David Goyer will write the new Superman movie Man of Steel, and Jonah Nolan is joining him! The Dark Knight director Chris Nolan is attached as an consultant and 'godfather' of the project, and, according to IESB, he's doin' it because his brother Jonah Nolan may make his directorial debut with The Man of Steel!
There's also a possibility that Chris Nolan will direct the Justice League movie after The Man of Steel and next Batman film! Whether or not it's true, one thing's for sure, there's a new Superman flick coming pretty soon!

Transformers 3 update!:
Michael Bay, you love him or ya hate him (I think he's a great director), has posted a new Transformers 3 update on his official site! Check this out;
"You can't just rehash the old. We're adding a lot of new elements. We're adding new characters. We're adding a lot of twists."
And the site also mentioned that there will be big action sequences shot in Chicago and Moscow this time around! Bring it on!
