MacGruber trailer!:
Hi guys, hier is weer de laatste update van de week, I'll be back with more news this weekend! Will Forte is terug als MacGruber, de feature film dat gebaseerd is op de Saturday Night Live character. Marc Webb directs Spider-Man:
It's official, Marc Webb ((500) Days of Summer ) is de regisseur van de Spider-Man reboot. Here's what the folks from Sony and Columbia Pictures had to say;
"At its core, Spider-Man is a small, intimate human story about an everyday teenager that takes place in an epic super-human world. The key for us as we sought a new director was to identify filmmakers who could give sharp focus to Peter Parker's life. We wanted someone who could capture the awe of being in Peter's shoes so the audience could experience his sense of discovery while giving real heart to the emotion, anxiety, and recklessness of that age and coupling all of that with the adrenaline of Spider-Man's adventure. We believe Marc Webb is the perfect choice to bring us on that journey."
To be honest, (500) Days of Summer is een geweldige film en Marc Webb is een goede regisseur, maar ik vind het heel jammer dat Sam Raimi en zijn cast geen kans krijgen om een nieuwe film te maken. De reboot gaat weer terug naar een jonge Peter Parker en zijn High School years.

The Golden Globe 2010 Winners!:
Avatar is de grote winnaar van de 67th Golden Globe awards, de flick kreeg een award voor best movie en James Cameron voor best director. The Hangover was de beste komedie en Robert Downey Jr. ontving een Golden Globe voor zijn performance in Sherlock Holmes. Here's a complete list of the film related categories;

Denzel Washington's post-apocalyptische The Book of Eli was niet in staat om James Cameron's powerhouse Avatar neer te slaan, die film is nog steeds de #1 flick van, well, the freakin' world!
