 First they tried to remake Chan-wook Park's masterpiece Oldboy, but failed, now they're trying to remake the first of his revenge trilogy, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance. Warner Bros. has acquired the remake rights. Source: Variety

Sam Mendes is in negotations to direct the next James Bond flick! Sam Mendes previously directed American Beauty, Road to Perdition, Revolutionary Road and Away We Go! Source: Heat Vision
Sony Pictures has delayed the production on Spider-Man 4. They need the time to work on the script, which will get a rewrite done by Alvin Sargent. Gary Ross, David Lindsay-Abaire and James Vanderbilt wrote the previous versions. Several sources also mention that there's more goin' on here, might be between director Sam Raimi and the studio.
