Newsflash:
Hi guys, weer de laatste update van de week, I'll try to be back with more news this weekend, maar het Imagine Film Fest in Amsterdam is ook begonnen, dus ik moet even kijken wanneer ik een gaatje kan vinden, just stay tuned!
 Patrick Wilson is te zien naast Harrison Ford, Rachel McAdams, Diane Keaton en Jeff Goldblum in de komedie Morning Glory. McAdams speelt de rol van producer die een morning show van de ondergang moet redden. Source: The Hollywood Reporter
Interessante trailer van Nick Cassavetes' My Sister's Keeper is nu online! De cast bestaat uit Cameron Diaz, Abigail Breslin, Alec Baldwin, Sofia Vassilieva, Joan Cusack en Jason Patric. Klik hier voor de trailer!
Verder online, de trailer voor The Hurt Locker met Jeremy Renner, Anthony Mackie, Brian Geraghty, Ralph Fiennes en Guy Pearce. De film is geregisseerd door Kathryn Bigelow, director van de cult action classics Point Break en Strange Days! Ik hoor hele positieve berichten over deze film, check out the trailer here.

The Expendables update:
Ik doe mijn best om geen dagelijkse The Expendables update te plaatsen, but I'm getting pretty excited about this flick! Sly Stallone's publicist heeft een set report geplaatst over Stallone die zelf de stunts uitvoert, check this out;
"The freakin guy is fearless and pretty much ageless. No matter how I describe what I watched him do - 6 times - it won't even be close to conveying what it was - a classic old school mano a mano takedown. Keep in mind there were no mats on the ground and Sly was basically bareback - no pads except for on his knees - as he dove, rolled, flipped, growled and punched his way through the scene ending with him breaking a neck."

Newsflash:
Richard Jenkins speelt tegenover Julia Roberts in Eat, Pray, Love. De film vertelt het verhaal van een getrouwde vrouw die begint aan een lange reis om haar leven een nieuwe impuls te geven. Richard Jenkins ontving een Oscar nominatie voor zijn rol in The Visitor.
The cute Kristen Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) vertolkt de hoofdrol in Disney's komedie You Again. Bell speelt de rol van een meisje die erachter komt dat de aanstaande van haar broer, haar grote rivaal op school was.

Spielberg saw Transformers 2!!!:
Steven Spielberg, executive producer van Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, heeft de film gezien en director Michael Bay vertelt over Spielberg's reactie op zijn blog;
"Steven Spielberg sat next to me in a big 100 person theater at Sony today. There were 98 empty seats. The lights came up after we just watched my cut of Revenge of the Fallen. He turned to me and said "It's awesome". He felt this movie was better then the first - and probably my best, who knows - at this point in a movie you start to lose your objectivity. I just hope the fans like it. I'm going to start putting it in front of audiences in a few weeks - no you are not invited, yet."

Michael Sheen in New Moon:
Acteur Michael Sheen, die een geweldige rol leverde in Frost/Nixon, is gecast voor The Twilight Saga's New Moon. Hij vertolkt de rol van Aro, leider van de Italiaanse vampire clan Volturi. "Michael's role is so important because he's the head of all vampires," vertelde director Chris Weitz, "Aro is, on the surface, a very gracious and friendly vampire, but beneath that he is a tremendous threat."
Micheal Sheen vergezelt Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner en Dakota Fanning.

William Hurt in Robin Hood:
William Hurt speelt tegenover Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett en Vanessa Redgrave in Ridley Scott's Robin Hood. Hurt speelt de rol van William Marshall, een historisch figuur en destijds een van de machtigste mannen van Europa. Ridley Scott's Robin Hood begint aardig interessant te worden.
