And... he's also back!:
And look who's also back, Logan!!! Hugh Jackman stars in the X-Men spin-off called X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The film centers on Wolverine's origins and his encounter with the world of mutants. Here's what Jackman had to say;
"Sabretooth is going to play a big part in it. And there will be a good bit of cameos of new and familiar mutants. But you can't give too much away, because fans are pretty hard-core. Their expectations go up a level every time you come out with a new film."
The first pic appeared on the web and, my god, Jackman looks brutal.

Dennis Quaid talks G.I. Joe:
I've always wondered why Dennis Quaid signed on to star as General Hawk in the upcoming Hasbro toy flick, G.I. Joe, and now I know why! He tought it would be fun! The man explains and also tells a bit about the story;
"We grew up with G.I. Joe and it's kind of a cartoon thing…it's a big popcorn type of tent pole action movie that…it's not deep. The character of General Hawk that I'm playing is kind of a cross between Chuck Yeager and Sgt. Rock and maybe a naïve Hugh Hefner thrown in there. General Hawk's aide to camp is a Victoria Secret supermodel so how serious can it be?
It's set a little bit in the future, and in a way the Joe's are an international sort of special forces type of group that mainly fights these terrorists groups that spring up. It's really more like James Bond than it would be about…yeah it's more like James Bond. And with the group being Spectre - there is this evil mastermind who is behind it. I think it's going to be more like the old James Bond's - like the Dr. No's - where the mastermind has his own private island and all these people are wearing matching coveralls."
G.I. Joe will be directed by Van Helsing's Stephen Sommers and also stars Channing Tatum, Sienna Miller, Ray Park, Rachel Nichols, Marlon Wayans and Arnold Vosloo. Well, I guess I agree with Quaid, this could be a fun flick!

Roy Scheider passed away:
Roy Scheider, the man who wrote history as Police Chief Martin Brody in Jaws, passed away Sunday. The actor, a two-time Oscar nominee, also starred in The French Connection, All That Jazz and of course Blue Thunder, a film I've watched hundreds of times when I was a kid. Roy Scheider was 75.

Forbidden Kingdom trailer!!!:
A new trailer for The Forbidden Kingdom is up! The film marks the first Jackie Chan and Jet Li collaboration. It somehow worries me that the film is helmed by the director of The Lion King, Stuart Little and The Haunted Mansion, but the trailer looks promising! Click on the pic to check it out!
