Newsflash:
Hi guys, the last update of the week again, but I'll be back with a new one this weekend!;
Christian Bale will star as John Connor in Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, according to AICN! It's not official but it sure makes the project a lot more interesting. McG is set to direct the film.
Nicolas Cage, Steve Buscemi and Tracy Morgan voice the live-action and CG animated feature G-Force. The story centers on a group of ultra-intelligent animal commandoes who work for a government agency. Bill Nighy and Will Arnett will also star in the flick. Source: The Hollywood Reporter

Newsflash:
The new trailer for the monster flick Cloverfield is now online! The film is produced by J.J. Abrams and directed by Matt Reeves, cast includes Michael Stahl-David, Odet Jasmin, Mike Vogel and Lizzy Caplan. Click here for the excellent trailer!
Also up, the trailer for the fantasy flick The Spiderwick Chronicles. The film stars Freddie Highmore, Mary-Louise Parker, Nick Nolte, Joan Plowright, David Strathairn, Seth Rogen and Martin Short. Click here for the trailer!
Sienna Miller has been cast to play the female lead in G.I. Joe. The film, based on the Hasbro toys, will be directed by Stephen Sommers. Source: Variety
David R. Ellis (Final Destination 2) will direct and develop Final Destination 4. I like the series but felt that it was best to end it with the third film. They plan to shoot the new film in 3-D, so hopefully it will be something fresh and original. Source: The Hollywood Reporter

Bruce Willis in The Surrogates:
Bruce Willis will star in the sci-fi flick The Surrogates. Set in the near future, humans live in isolation and interact through surrogate robots who are better-looking versions of themselves. Bruce Willis plays a cop who, through his surrogate, investigates the murders of others' surrogates. Jonathan Mostow (Terminator 3) will direct the film that is based on the graphic novel of the same name.

Newsflash:
Tim Burton will direct two 3-D films, Alice in Wonderland and Frankenweenie. The first one will use the performance-capture technique, the second flick will be stop-motion animation. Source: Variety
Seth Rogen (Knocked Up) and Elizabeth Banks (Spider-Man) will star in Zack & Miri Make a Porno, which will be directed by Kevin Smith! The story revolves around two lifelong platonic friends who are deep in debt and decide to make a porn flick. Source: Variety
The Iron Man official website has been updated with some cool new stuff! Jon Favreau directs, the cast includes Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges. Click here to enter!
